I agree with you. I'm not sure why email, with a few added features, can't just replace dropbox completely. I have more space in gmail (and unlimited space on yahoo) than I do on dropbox, for free. Email syncs better than dropbox on every m

As far as legal action, Google employees violated Mocality 's Terms & Condition so maybe legal action is possible.

I would say it probably has something to do with the devices. It used to be you pirate songs and videos to play them on your computer. These days, however, it's smart phones and ipads/tablets. Not as easy to get that content on those device

Can someone explain what the benefits of the case are in your pocket? In his video, it's like the main focus. Can't it still fly out if you're dancing just as easily as any other case?

Sorry, if I came off as defensive. There is no such thing as absolute. My point was that don't get caught up in trying to find a cofounder to get yourself started. That's it. No trust issues, no hate, no absolutes.

I would disagree with you on this part. Noise is the social. The lack of "noise" is what made G+ sooo boring for so many. I know once I added the noise of HN circle on G+, even though I didn't know any of these people, I enjoyed G+ tremendo

This was a really long, enjoyable article. My question is, how does the company that he works for manage to pay him enough to buy a 90k flat? Are they shaddy like the other companies he described? Is he shaddy and not paying his taxes? How

Who's to say your cofounder is going to be as committed as you are when times get hard? When it really comes down to it, you can't trust anyone to be as committed as you to your company except yourself.

Customers don't care about "free stuff" or even prices. They care about service. This is my point. GroupOn may help bring in the customers with the coupons but customers don't go back because of prices (not so much). If the experience sucks

I was basically almost in the same spot as you're in now. I was doing a lot of coding for stuff that, to say the least, did not inspire me. I quit. Quitting is not easy if you don't have backup. I had backup so it was a bit easier. I would

Was money the problem before for hiring or the lack of support from the parent company (Conde Nast)? I don't know if they suddenly made more money and as a result were able to hire. Edit: http://blog.reddit.com/2010/11/thank-you-mr-nast-ma

That's true. I think the shipping on Amazon is pretty good without Prime so maybe it doesn't stand out as much for me. You do get free movies and a few other perks that I never use.

Here is my take on the whole Groupon thing. Every small business should give customers, especially first time customers, a discount. We used to print in the local news paper "buy 1 get 1 free ciagar" specials and pay the paper $250 for that

Amazing to me how a company can gross $1.1B and end up at a loss at the end of that. Almost feels pointless.
