Maybe you could document that more explicitly. Basically defining the scope of the project and where to look for complementary tools like proj4js and rbush for instance.

Thanks ! I'll have a deeper look at all that later. I was wondering if you were using r-tree indexes (I haven't looked at the code yet). Rbush certainly looks interesting.

I think people expect _more_ documentation. The guide can only get you so far IMHO. That said, if I may say so, string handling should be more throughly detailed. It's one of the first thing new comers will stumble upon. Especially for

I think today's microcontroller are more similar at spec level. So programming Arduino-like is a maybe today's equivalent. Hum, maybe I'm stretching a bit here.

True but Hadoop is the whole tooling and with YARN they are distancing themselves from Map/Reduce. IMHO, it looks like they are heading in that right direction but not quite there. That why it maybe v4 before we can think of Hadoop as

Mesos is just one piece of the puzzle. I think the Hadoop project proper will be the first to get there. Maybe v3 or v4. That said, given the diversity under the Hadoop umbrela I expect distribution to appear, like RHEL is a GNU/Linux

We'll disagree then :) From RFC 2616 "The HTTP/1.1 protocol allows origin servers, caches, and clients to explicitly reduce transparency when necessary." As I said, bad configurations dos not mean the principle is unsoun

Except the carrier, or the that case the hoster, did not break anything. It's their software that don't comply to the RFC. HTTP is supposed to be cacheable when it makes sens. With SSL to work that around you break the Internet so

What's wrong with transparent proxy ? Isn't how HTTP caching is supposed to work ? I would think the cache headers are the solution rather than SSL. It feels like you are kind of throwing the baby with the bath water. IMHO, badly

Well, a lot of concept we expect from a computer OS apply to distributed system. AWS, in a few years, might end up to look like less a IaaS and more as a PaaS platform, a Linux distrib for cluster if you wish. That is you could treat AWS&#x
