I have disabled basically all extra features. Touch interface, the sensor to auto pause, two-device pairing... It could have worked well, like Airpods do, but it doesn't. If my phone rings and I remove my airpods and answer holding my

My child-level attempt got 63.1%, so there are definitely diminishing returns. Side note, I did not notice the button to show the reference until I was almost finished. I would most likely have done better if I had known :)

The XM4s have a red LED. I love the sound and noise cancelling of these headphones, but it's true the UX is clunky.

I have a totally featureless Brother laser printer (its most advanced feature is dual-sided printing) and it does its job perfectly fine. I've replaced the toner with a refilled cartridge and have not had any problems with it. I'm

I don't think it's that bad but I've seen it happen. A relative was contacted several times over weeks about debt that they never had taken; turns out the real debtor had a similar (but not identical) name and lived hundreds

I love Hubbard squash. It's ugly and a bit of a pain to handle due to its size and the toughness of the rind, but the taste is amazing. It's the best for soups.

That's really cool, but the price is steep! It makes sense to buy one for one's immediate neighbourhood and the places one intends to go to often, but it becomes expensive really quick if used for trips to anywhere else. Is there

My main issue about Discord is not what it is, but what it replaced. A lot of websites or forums have been replaced by Discord. It sucks, because it's fundamentally a messaging app, but people will use it for reasons where a website wo

It doesn't work in all cases but potatoes and tomatoes are closely related (potato fruits exist and are very poisonous, they look like cherry tomatoes). Orchards typically graft branches of the desired apple variety onto rootstock of a

I really fail to understand how these big Japanese companies work. It's like Toyota with electric cars, they could have become a leader in EVs as they had the bulk of the hybrid market (and thus experience), but they kept insisting tha

It's very fun to go watch the presentations from years past. Stuff we now take for granted (e.g. rendering glass using ray tracing) used to be bleeding edge not too long ago.

The first thing is a prompt to enter a Swagger definition url. Without context, how do I know if I am singing up for DDoS as a service or something legit? It doesn't tell what it does but prompts me...

It used to refer to the smallest feature they were able to print, not gate length. I don't even think it has a physical meaning anymore, hence why the fabs mostly dropped the nm suffix from their naming schemes.

OSX has a Dvorak-Qwerty-⌘ layout where commands use the Qwerty letters so people switching can keep their muscle memory. It helped when I tried to learn, but I abandoned because I felt like the effort wasn't worth it. I already type fa

My point was mostly that the 200W TDP you quote is for the whole package (CPU, GPU, RAM, plus the Neural network thingy and the whole IO stuff). A 120W figure for the GPU is more realistic. I'm not pretending the Apple chips are the be
