That is because BitTorrent has been targeted so much. Also, hey now - I have a lot of (actual) Linux disk images, and it works well for that!

Most isps, you can’t do that anymore as you no longer have a publically reachable IPv4 address. It moved the ‘just configure your router’ part to their equipment, as they now use CGNAT. It’s gotten much worse.

I just thought it was a weird point, since by definition a cabal is a type of social club (even if all social clubs are not, of course, cabals). It would be like if we were talking about the invasion of some country by tanks, and someone st

Nobody used BitTorrent? LoL ISPs had/have whole groups trying to stomp it out. And it was a nightmare due to NAT even then. It just got worse with CGNAT.

Always has been. Google got sued for doing it over a decade ago with street view cars. That is why they need WiFi info for ‘fine location’.

It’s even weirder I think? Because the people in power are clearly incompetent AND making the average persons life shitty, they clearly can’t be in power due to a conspiracy. When if anything, that seems to support it being the result of sh

Isn’t the point to be in charge regardless of competence or popularity? That is real power. Those things are far more necessary for an Employee than an Owner.

Those references often have no actual relation to the answer. A surprising amount of the time, if you check them they’ll prove it wrong.

Good luck figuring that out. Chances are, the thieves were monitoring the local dispatch over the radio (rural departments are not usually doing anything fancy) and knew exactly how long they had.

Lol, that every prior process has gone this way (including ‘express’ processes) surely has no value? Uh huh.

Since it was just released, that’s pretty hard to do eh? I’m familiar with the reactors built on other previous ‘expedited’ processes that ended up being anything but fast. We’ll see how it goes eh?

It is what typically all reactors get stuck on for years - or often decades.

Near as I can tell, the LLMs aren’t the threat. Just greedy morons with too much power, same as usual.

It absolutely can. High fed rates means the ‘tide’ is different. For biotech to get more interest, it has to have a higher roi than comparable other risk investments. High ROI != high interest rates.

Corruption is a general term, yes. And bribery is a specific crime, which falls under that unbrella. At least in English.

That is literally just a translation difference for bribery, a common issue for Brazilian Portuguese vs English. [ https://www.jusbrasil.com.br/topicos/10598684/artigo-317-do-... ]. [ https://www.britannic

Bwahaha, no it doesn’t. Legally ‘corruption’ doesn’t exist, as in there is no single law saying ‘corruption is illegal’. (What is ‘corruption’ exactly?) There are laws against bribery, which does generally only apply to the government, but
