It would be poetic justice if they cut the subsidies of Elon's companies, ruining them.

I'm interested in this for a snart home dashboard. I've had a Galaxy Tab A7 Lite that got absolutely destroyed by the Android update and now even basic UI interactions are super laggy. I've tried to look into alternative Andr

General public eh? I see a lot of programmers who should know better make this mistake again and again.

Allegedly there's lots of field tests of these swarms in the war already.

It's annoying how reviewers focus on the performance specs while mostly ignoring the big differentiator of the 2-in-1 feature.

I've never had any issues on my AMD framework 13 with way more tabs than that (on Void Linux).

The only time the battery has disconnected on the FP4 for me was when I dropped it from a fairly high distance. Popped it back in and booted and went on my way.

This is super common with most slightly niche devices I feel. Framework/Oura/Whoop/Garmin/Fairphone etc etc it's all the same.

While I use CalyxOS not /e/os the experience was very painless. I assume it's the same with /e/os.

I've got a Fairphone 4 since 4 years and I've bought two replacement batteries so far (one has gone bad and I like to have an extra to swap with if needed). It still works very well with CalyxOS so the rational thing to do is to k

I'm not a fan of the new battery and back panel. I've got a Fairphone 4 and the most useful thing about it is the replaceable battery. I can't count the number of times an extra battery in my backpack has saved me. Sure, mayb

The Fairphone 4 at least you could replace the battery without any screws at all. It took seconds and it's been extremely useful for me.

Similar to the asset forfeiture laws: we're not accusing you of a crime, we're accusing the thing for a crime (thus we can take it from you).

I've been very happy with my Fairphone 4 that I've had for 4 years now running CalyxOS. I could probably use it for a few more years but I may upgrade to the 6 if the speakers/microphone are better (and to support the company

I can't tell if this is a joke or if it's something Trump has said, and that is scary.

The Ash framework is a data abstraction layer you light want to check out, although I'm not familiar with Rails/ActiveRecord to tell if it's closer to what they're after.

Trump could've easily done that without alienating the rest of the world. Also, Trumps budget only spans a few years while a good export relationship ensures decades of business.

Trump pausing, stalling, and threatening to stop aid to Ukraine is proof otherwise. USA is now an unreliable ally at best and the military industrial complex is a massive loser because of this switch.

You have a weird definition of a toy. k3s is definitely fine to run in production, hence it's not a toy. You just have to understand the tradeoffs they've made, when you should change the defaults, and where it's a reasonable
