I'm studying in the University of British Columbia and for some odd reason they did not make my classes asynchronous. There were so many people who could not show up.

Can only one person play the bot at a time? I try to challenge it with 15+10 and the bot keeps waiting on accepting the challenge. Meanwhile the bot is playing only one other game.

Lichess is truly on a class of its own. It delivers a better service than any of it’s alternatives (in my opinion), and it’s actually 100% free with no BS. Funny enough, I’ve donated around $30 in total which is $30 more than I would’ve eve

It also doesn’t strike me as a sustainable model. Part of what makes European football so special is the rarity of the fixtures. While I don’t have hope that UEFA or FIFA will successfully kill off the Super League, I have optimism that the

The creation of the internet is undoubtedly the biggest factor in this. It created a paradox in people's consumption of information. You not only had the ability to choose what to listen to, you could choose what not to listen. Another

I think all of us know deep down that something about online advertising doesn’t seem right. I’m still surprised at how big of an industry it is given how ineffective it can be. To me it seems overvalued.

I started playing chess for the first time since summer 2019. I was rated 650 on Lichess. I got addicted and a year and a half later I’m 1800. I’m still addicted.

I remember learning about how Wolfenstein worked using ray-tracing and being absolutely mind blown upon discovering that in reality, those games were just 2D top down shooters shown in fake-3D. It goes to show how creative we can get.

Got to visit it while it was still operational a few years back. It was absolutely unreal, and only then did I realize that I had played it in that exact area in BF4. Really sad to see it suffered the same ironic fate as in the game.
