I really wish that Google had bought Sun instead of Oracle. I worked at Sun up until 2007 and the feeling at Sun was very supportive of what Google was doing. Oracle bought Sun's assets and they have every right to what they are doing

Surprising to me, I listened to the two songs and it does sound to my ear that Led Zeppelin borrowed part of the Spirit song. Based on what I've read, it also sounds like the songwriter from Spirit was ok with this.
