People doing this don't realise that they're putting all their eggs into the end of the creativity basket. There is no way for AI to improve on itself like humans do, raising the bar over lifetimes and generations. While AI will c

You have it spot on, but I think you are out by orders of magnitude, possibly a million hours back then, maybe more. This is the essence of why things are moving so quickly now.

Either way, it's going to make Australia less desirable and a lot of people are going to suffer. The economy works in mysterious ways :)

'Employers', but I agree. The thing is, rental inflation is going to cause the property market to go pop... You can see it a mile away.

Australia's problem is inflated property prices, it's money being generated out of the air. This is a disaster for renters and is creating disparity. Boomers and older gen X are or will be cashed up to their eyeballs after offload

Mine came eventually, they did estimate February originally, so maybe take a look at that. They required backers to email and confirm their addresses too, so make sure that didn't get filtered as spam.

I'm saying it now, tapping into randomness randomly is how this whole universe works. All the complexity you see around you; life itself, emerges out of an infinitely random space. This shouldn't surprise anyone, the right answer

This might have a measurable effect though, basically 200K+ workers kicked out of the industry, and the fear of a second round for the remaining workers. That is a some serious belt-tightening there. If it feeds into other less progressive

Time to change industries, it looks like it will be downhill from here (at least for a while). My gut tells me we have hit a saturation point in IT, a lot of very busy people getting very little done. What happened at twitter was eye openin

One of the best high quality purchases I have made is an Italian coffee grinder, built like a tank. It doesn't even have soft power, but it does have a small touch LCD (non dot matrix) to set the timer. Perfecto!
