Anyone know what's up with the Mac extras overview page? It simply does not exist [1] whereas the Windows one does [2]. [1] http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qdoc/qtmacextras-overview... [2] http://doc

Why can't people be patient? Jailbreaks exist for iOS 7. Be patient, and it will be released sometime soon. iH8sn0w gave an ETA of before 2014. They're carefully picking when to release. Don't rush things.

Do you know the context of those though? I delete my questions from time-to-time because they're very specific to my setup or they end up being something really basic like a missing semicolon or a typo somewhere.

Friend of mine made a website like this that supports videos and pictures [1]. It's hard to trust something like that, but if you want you could always create your own implementation (see the About screen). [1] http://expete

Qt 5.2 also adds Windows, Mac, and Android extras (platform-specific things for a native feel) [1]. For example, on Windows you can set the task bar progress, and on OS X you can use some native components, such as the toolbar. The OS X doc

Very impressive! At first glance I thought you made a typo under <random>. for (auto int i = 0; i < 10; ++i) { After a Google search, I read that there's apparently no difference between 'auto int' and just

That's actually very true. I pulled that one off of the GitHub page though. I believe its something robfig wants (at least optionally) for when it's deemed production-ready.

Revel is pretty great so far (I actually just made my first contribution yesterday!). Some important things it needs though: support for HTTPS, better DB support (some type of ORM, although gorp is sufficient for now), HTTP auth, and better

Oh that's actually really neat. I'll have to look into it more, but it's a shame there's nothing available for OS X for me to play with on my local machine.

Can someone give me a rundown on the general idea of Docker? I'm a programmer, don't do much server/linux work (OS X is my OS), so I'm not quite understanding. > Docker is an open-source engine which automates the deployment of applica

It really needs to pop more though. I noticed the links to the top-left and top-right of the select and really wondered why they aren't forward/back arrows. They could at least have chevrons.

I hadn't considered the A/B issue, and yeah that can get messy. Importing a specific commit hash to the repo would be great. As far as managing dependencies locally, I couldn't say since I haven't had much experience with Go, but there exis

The dependency could have easily been avoided by forking the repo which you're using, and using that instead. Obviously the maintainer(s) of the original will be making changes, so wouldn't you want to make sure that if you're distributing

`<-c` is the main routine waiting for the other goroutine to finish (`c <- true`). It's being blocked until there's something for it to receive. > It's also difficult to tell in the for loop if v is being assigned as "range m",

If you mean a service which lets you stream your media, Google Music I believe was designed with this in mind.

I disliked how I had to watch the gifs a couple of times though in order to read exactly what he typed for the first snippet to see how it related to what it filled. Text underneath would help, but it does indeed look nice.

I believe I tried it once, but the UI wasn't very appealing to me. The key features I'm looking for are: fixed width of 16 bytes, clean interface, process inspecting (not sure how easy that is to do to be honest) and raw disk access.

The one thing that I absolutely cannot stand about my OS X workflow is that to this day, I still have not found a good hex editor. On Windows I used HxD, but there's nothing that really fits the bill. That, IDA Pro (I don't have an OS X lic
