That idea crossed my mind even seeing how many companies failed even during boom times. Service could be powered by some speech recognition software (maybe more than one) which initially would give insane percentage of incorrectly recognize

The only reason I use Dropbox is because it works beyond any type of firewall (be it simple HTTP proxy or socks). Others tend not to.

While other commenters are trying to find smal imperfections or errors, I read both parts with great satisfaction. SJ fiction was spot on for me. I really was able to portray SJ telling all of that. And I did not mind those tiny errors.

This leak is more likely a result of phishing attacks. So, if you have been (and still are) careful enough, your email should not be on that list.

People will get used to iPhone6 size, though many of iPhone5 users will feel like unfarily forgotten. I was betting on iPhone6 being same size as 5s and another on just a tad larger - I was wrong. Apple Watch does not bring anything excepti

This is some hugely impressive amount of highest quality work done by a single person. I cannot recall seeing anything more astonishing than this.

That's strange. In Europe you may request a card without magnetic strip (chip only). And, once chip is present even on a card with a strip, PIN entry is mandatory.

It actually was called Dyson Telescope Game and it's as old as 2003. I remember playing it a lot. Original page is no longer available, but WayBack machine has it [1] [1]: http://web.archive.org/web/20120721032428&

To my understanding in intensive traffic it's more about uniform and predictable behaviour. First option will not improve since (at least in Europe) it just changes lane priority. In linked article's merge case priority traffic is

I know it's already too late, but recently CodePen announced their blogging platform [1] which is nicely integrated with their base service - sharing of code snippets. [1] http://blog.codepen.io/2014/06/19

It would be nice if you'd specify on pricing page [1] what is the price for in sense of time - a month? a year? [1] https://bvckup2.com/purchase/

I am one of few who thinks that HN has to have a redesign but it should not be that much radical. Typography, responsivity and let's call it a day. P.S. OP font is so thin, I had to stop reading after first few paragraphs.

What I actually like about Google IO, it's its geekness. From homepage to the actual event. Also, Google has proven that geekness could have aesthetics.
