It would be really nice, if Socrates had syntax highlighting for Markdown. I'd suggest using Ace, if it was not too much for that simple task. Maybe write your own? Also, I'd love if somebody made a simple Wordpress plugin for this type of

I believe, author is trying to compare not very sophisticated voice request based recognition feature (Siri) and service, which continuously analyzes your behaviour and makes suggestions based on results (Google Now). Apples and oranges, re

Well, a man, who jumped from ish kilometers in a space suit and tried to justify his jump and money spent with some highly debatable potential uses of saving our astronauts is saying what? Is he an expert of any kind now? I'm stunned this i

Won't this lead to pay-walls adopting this and eventually creation of pay-per-view non-news sites? If so, people will blindly click thgough and quality of data won't match expectations.

Font is pretty well done, but it misses lots of unicode characters. One would argue that they are not needed, when writing source, but I'd like to disagree - I expect my editor to display as much different characters, as possible. I'm using

I'm not sure, why should someone rely on long polling alone. Default fallback mechanism is websockets (supported on iOS), long polling (not supported anymore, obviously) and then follows separate ajax calls. It is not uncommon that somethin

I believe, that time Randall spent planning and sketching before actually drawing it, should be taken in account. I really hope Randall (though he is not very open on such things) would give "making of" info.

This ir ridiculous. There are no credits in release, file does not contain any mention of source or means of acquiring these four digit PIN codes. Though, my own PIN code is listed, it's most likely just a coincidence.

I'm a little puzzled by the naming conventions nowadays. Chainsaw for intelligent log file segmenting? Moustache for templating? On the other hand - we're far gone from readr, twittr, searchr.

Why nobody is excited about size of new Fire? To me 7" is cute and all pockety, but it is still too small to feel confortable doing stuff on it. 8.9", on the other hand, is good compromise between small 7" and large 10".
