I think the point of content is for users to go onto your site. If you're creating content for someone else to use and profit from, that's a problem. I believe there was a case recently where some sort of lyric website sued Google

Yeah this x10 . The unfortunate reality of staying at one company is that unless you move through the ranks very very very quickly, and the company has significant raises for those vertical moves, you will very likely be underpaid, sometime

Do you mean searching within a document, or searching with google drive? I've found that google drive search is incredible, they've done a great job of indexing everything.
