I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I got it on a Steam sale for a great price and thought, why not? One of the best games I've played all decade. In fact I bought the next one in the series, I think "Before the Storm" h

There's some more detail to this. There was kind of a gray area between WW2 and the end of the Bretton Woods arrangement in 1971. After 1971, the Federal Reserve Note could no longer be converted into gold by other countries' cent

Awesome, thanks for the reply! Yea, I was trying to find a way to have a permanent high-fat keto diet for BJJ but it just wasn't happening. It was kind of a personal experiment and I was pleased with the outcome. Great way to drop a fe

I disagree partly here based on personal experience with BJJ. I simply cannot summon fast-twitch muscle "burst" cardio on a full keto diet. After months of trying all kinds of workarounds, I had to carb-load with glucose pills (th

This is a constant point of contention. The workaround (at least in BJJ that I know of) generally is to have "open weight" fights in addition to weight-class restricted ones. Everyone's happy usually. Now if they have open se
