This has been a mantra of many since the 1990s, and I continues to get proven false (generally). There are so many variables here. If you want to read a book that directly talks about this, check out Thomas Sowell's "Economic fact

As a reminder, this is an administrative judge that is part of the executive branch, not part of the judiciary. There is a supreme court case that will be heard in the upcoming term around the extent that administrative judges can be used,

I'd say it's a tradeoff. If you are entirely driven by tests that include your deps, they will be slow. Unit tests are good at catching basic behavior issues that would show up with an integration test, but it's easier to see

Check out the Epson Eco tank. There is no cartridge with a microchip. You just fill the ink tank on the printer with bottles, so if third parties can make it for cheaper than Epson it'll work just fine.

Not near enough details to answer this question. What OS? What version of chrome were you on when it asked you to install manually? (What version was the latest?) Do you have your PC locked down in any interesting way that may cause problem

It is weird they would announce it without any real screenshots or demos. This is usable by Googlers. So it does exist, but I'll leave it to the team to hopefully actually demo it at some point. EDIT: to add, the blog post does menti

Two reasons I can think of: 1) speed to update it in the case of a bug / security issue. 2) backwards compatibility. Getting a new Go release out is likely a lot more time consuming than bumping up the crypto library outside of there.

You need to look back at the history of Dart. It was created by the Chrome team, with many of the people who worked on GWT taking part on it. It was created to solve Google's issues with JavaScript. This endeavor failed as no other bro
