You may be right up to a certain extent but requirements always have small details which are very specific to the project which will probably be missed by a generalised AI. Also taking care of things like security performance etc it's

Same here, complete project outsourced, outcome was a security and code quality nightmare. While incorporating individuals in the team and follow the same workflow had good results.

Telecoms are privatized

But that's not the point made in the article. Is this the reason apple arm laptops don't show up in comparisons?

This is the correct approach. You buy what gives the best value for money and allows you to run the software you need. Fan boyism is not universal, most people outside tech just buy what they need regardless whose cpu is inside.

Depends, by that time it's possible Microsoft will get its shit together and release a Windows 12 without the unwanted stuff or Linux will get popular enough to fill in the gap.

by kyriakos 4y ago
Microsoft is definitely not threatened cause windows is just another Microsoft product. In fact Microsoft makes money off people buying macs with office 365 etc. But Windows is being threatened by both macos and Linux, even if it still has

Exactly this. Apple computers are more popular in US than anywhere else, in most other countries they are prevalent in certain industries only.

My laptop battery life drops form 9 hours to 3 when teams is open. At this point it should be considered harmful for the environment.

Similarly apple gate keeps its own appstore to a much greater extend considering that there is no alternative or way to side load apps. I would agree with the article if the policy was enforced universally in Windows but this is just about

This requirement is for laptops only. OEM desktops won't require a webcam.

by kyriakos 4y ago
Ecaclty this. Microsoft is setting the standards that it expects its OS to run on. Might increase the average windows 11 laptop prices but at least will make sure people don't buy those crappy speced laptops that OEMs put out.

Considering that when I visited I paid around 50 euro for parking alone, 10 euro fee won't deter anyone.
