I would remove him from the environment that fostered the behavior. I'm surprised that the OP, the kid's parents, and no one else (I've seen) in this thread has mentioned this.

What is your point? There are many things we can predict intuitively, but thats all we can do until someone puts in the time and effort to use the scientific method. Once someone puts in this time, we can see why there is a cause, and how
