That's using the end user's cores. Using something at programming-time could be something like static analysis. Then there are entire tests the programmer doesn't have to write and bugs that never get pushed.

To go off topic: Why do you (and others) call the technology itself 'blockchain', singular? The Bitcoin blockchain and the Ethereum blockchain are fully separate so to describe a set containing both I'd say 'blockchains&

MISRA C 2012 allows scoped goto. I can't see anything disallowing pointers to functions or continue. There are advisory rules against unscoped goto and multiple returns. These can be ignored with justification. Rules are described as &
