I actually contacted the guy who made Square's videos and it's in the tens of thousands of dollars. My memory is hazy but it wouldn't surprise me if it's around $50k+. The videos more than pay for themselves, however.

*fixed, thanks. the pre-programming part isn't a problem, it's mixing skus to make an order. when we started in June, we'd get like an order or two a day, and it wasn't too bad. the daily trip to the post office was almost a welcome break.
