Sorry I checked through my emails, no way to get it. 1500-2000 sounds very expensive though. Maybe 400 euros is not possible today, I had the quotation 2 or 3 years ago.

I had a quotation for a 500 GB HD recovery a few months back, it was 400 euros (France). It was a flat rate, problem could be the controller or mechanical : same price. But I guess it depends on the company, didn't try it anyway so I

I thought the strange relationship with guns and the total mayhem that occurs when a woman accidentaly shows a nipple rather than the whole rest of her body would be in the list. BTW I love the US, maybe a little because of its contradictio

If the hardrive wont power on but the filesystem is ok you can still send it to a recovery company for something like a few hundred bucks. -Hi i've just received the data you recovered from my hard disk, thanks, but I can't find m

What is cool with price gouging is that it makes standard pricing appear like an innovation premium user would pay for.

It would clearly be more human to automatize a task that is characterized by low wages, permanent performance pressure and short term contracts. A few years ago while discussing with a cashier about the automated cash registers they had jus

True, but still very enjoyable and closer to the original than the previous attempts. You also only get one base to operate, but there is the satellite coverage system which is an addition to the original game.

Reducing the military risk to zero while the civilian risk persists (even if it may be lower) does not appear to be fair from the (surviving) civilian POV. I am not saying that US should have its kids been killed in battlefield, but should

This piece of advice only applies if you choose to go on. The main risk here is having your client blame your work for the likely failure of the app, even with no proper ground for that. Imagine that you propose some design improvement ove

I think you are right. If microsoft comes out with some sort of license that ensure that they will protect our privacy (or allow us tu sue the hell out of them if they fail to do so) that would be a way to achieve this.

I wanted to say exactly the same. Upon reading this interesting article, don't forget to check out the galleries. No wonder why those pictures are being widely used, they are amazing.

There might still be something interesting in this design compared to the conventionnal wind turbines, if you imagine several output tubes and control the closing/opening of those tubes according to windspeed you'll be able to mod

by kubiiii 13y ago
Yes, at first I thought that the x6 improvement was over real scale turbine or at least a turbine of comparable bulkiness. In France more and more people put wind turbines on their roofs, even if the kwh production is far less than promised

by kubiiii 13y ago
If the windspeed is lower than required for the wind turbine to operate, you can get + infinite % more kwh with this technology.

A simpler validation process would be to compare the positive/negative ratio a chemist in a similar position produces. This would only involve sharing very small datasets between labs.

In France we use toto and tata. At least it's easier to see those words as examples. As a teenaegr, learning some languages, I thought using foo & bar was mandatory. Very confusing.
