I get what you mean but still, it's a one off special edition. A company as big as Lenovo doesn't need to do everything for profit. I would understand if it was a new model design that could sell tens of thousands or hundreds of t

I would agree it is tiring, but how much of an issue is one slow day at work. How do you factor in that each day is such a small part of what I assume is a bigger project or goal?

But salaried jobs are not time based. They are often focused on doing a task across many months, one less productive day won't mean a significant loss financially for the company. We all have less productive days, is that a direct loss

I would agree many aren't like that, but you can set your own deadlines and tasks and break down a big project into smaller goals. One day's difference in a big research project or when developing a piece of software is not going

Because a salary is about doing the task you are employed to do, it's not about filling up every available moment or that you are slacking if you have free time one week. If an employee is able to find a quicker way to do the tasks the

Ugh, this cost to the economy calculation because you aren't at your desk is not accurate. There is no way the loss is simply equivalent to your rough hourly rate for your time. There is no way to quantify whether for this or for bank

Ah yes! My mistake. I didn't realise that was what that was called. I did have one of those for a little while as a lab computer as it beat the size requirements allowed into the lab. I mean it was old for it's time when I used it

I question why the butterfly keyboard wouldn't be needed once screens were larger. I use a MNT Reform and a mechanical keyboard is still vastly superior.

Why do we send humans to those depths rather than a camera? I assume signal to control the camera is hard at those depths but that is the only reason I can imagine.

Please provide the proof to back this up. Like I wasn't willing to believe Trump without proof when he stated the previous election was stolen, I won't become a hypocrite and just believe it on Trump's win.

Not every crime is committed by a defined criminal, many are committed by those committing a crime for the first time. Now that is so easy due to the accesibility of the tools. Firearms being so readily available will cause regular citizens

Is it? In every other measurable statistic it is clearly not looking out for the wellbeing of citizens. The sheer number of crimes that end in death in comparison with other 1st world countries is simply off the charts.

I would say that you need to start at a lower level when self learning with a simpler resource. Something like Openstax. People get far too obsessed with the name attached to a resource than whether it is the right method of learning.

More work doesn't need to be done, the same amount needs to be done in 4 days as in 5. Saying this, some careers, including my own, the more tired I am and less rested mentally and physically, the slower work gets done, to the point wh

It states they didn't change the amount of work they did. They simply compressed 5 days into 4 which is doable if you cut out the time sinks. Plus as stated here more rested workers can work harder on the days they are at work.
