This idea seems to come and go all over the world. It reminds me of the "Científicos" [1] in Mexico during the Porfirio Díaz dictatorship (early 1900s). [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cient%C3%ADfico

I've been writing my own "task runner" which seems to have some of the same features. I'd say some pros: A nice view of that has run (what has failed, etc.) - which otherwise could be drowned-out by stderr and stdout.

Ideally, you'd be able to specify exactly what you want - do you want to write-out filled pauses ("aaah", "umm")? Do you want to get a transcription of the the disfluencies - re-starts, etc. or just get out a clean

Generally legal assisted suicide doesn't mean "the government helps you commit suicide" - it means it's not illegal for a doctor assisting a patient to commit suicide.

Amazon has giant warehouses all over the country to deliver things to people quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours. What is an LLM going to do about that?

With the popularity of mac mini (and macbooks for that matter) for doing ML/AI work, I would have thought Apple could make a Mac Pro that could make for a good workstation for doing in-house ML/AI stuff. I bought a GPU maybe a dec

First one I clicked on was Reserva Cerro Ancón in Panama City ( https://www.niche-museums.com/72 ) Cool place, but hard to see how it's classified as a museum (park, trail, nature reserve).

I think image segmentation is in the same class as LLMs - ML experiments. What about more distant software projects? Give it the CPython source code and say you want it to be faster.
