I wonder if Internet Archive and Common Crawl have worked together? How does their scope or infrastructure compare? I know they serve different purposes, but both are essentially doing similar things.

So, it’s columnar. Why not a format that allows columnar or row-based?

A related book (seems to be more often cited) is Types and Programming Languages by Benjamin C. Pierce. That seems to be more concrete (as opposed to theoretical), with chapter titles like "An ML Implementation of {some concept}".

I've often asked myself with regards to the rich, "Don't they have enough money"? I've come to realize the answer is nearly always NO . They want (and believe they need) more.

I’m not sure it’s arbitrary. For one, starting at the top and ending at the bottom is natural progress of things because of gravity. I’m not sure if that means anything, but down-to-up seems very unnatural (of coure I can’t ignore my cultur
