I think it's just humans having human biases. "I know where things are mainly by looking at them continuously, so it seems logical that if a computer can capture images, it should be doing the same."

It's intentional, if you inspect the `innerText` you'll see it's reversed there too: zero_click_wrapper.innerText.codePointAt(0) Evaluates to 32. And if you think 32 = 0x20 could mean the next one would be 0x2E, then

IMO with a low total player count, a lot of the more interesting mechanics in the game go completely unused, even if you add multipliers so resource gathering is conveninent time-wise. No point in using the shop system with just 3 people, l

Not really, the game is really made for the "10s of people scale". But thanks to how it works, it doesn't need 10s of coordinated people, you can certainly just join some existing server with a friend and have an equally go

This, I have joined a small server and it is just a good game. I went in expecting it to have "cringeworthy levels of hippy idealism", but no, it is actually a reasonably sane game. It is the first game since Wurm Online that I ha

Delete every CSS declaration (both inline or stylesheets) from every website and see how easy it is to read them. Not very, huh? Same deal with accessibility. You can't "just OCR stuff" without losing all the visual meaning i

It hasn't been tough since they made Steam. In fact, the biggest productivity issue at Valve seems to be exactly due to the fact that they don't _really_ need to do anything beyond maintaining Steam as the primary intermediary for

I can't compare Porto Alegre since I have never gone there except as a waypoint when visiting the extended family, and I have lived in Florianópolis my whole life, so take it with a grain of salt. Personally I like living here, since i

Given Discord's UI shows day passages, it is "absolute enough". Should have phrased better as "more absolute", but you're right it's not really.

The practical benefit is that, unlike say Lodash's chaining, it is outwardly extensible, you don't need to write every function into a big object (and worry about naming clashes). _.chain(inputSet) .filter((x) => x &g

I agree in principle. It is bad form to not try to respect industry conventions. However, blaming "e.g. any license-scanning tools" is not correct either, since that would be clearly a limitation of the license tool, encoding assu
