Would have been better if it showed which groups user are already on, I want to be able to identify users which have no group associated and then use this tool to add, its a nice hack, but needs work to be useful.

Appengine is extremely good for auto scaling, if u have 100 users today and and u get 1 million users tomorrow, it will just work without u having to do anything, u dont need a scaling engineer. I use appengine for all my web apps, it works

Create a landing page describing the idea "Beta available soon - signup for early access" and get feedback, this will validate your idea and then start working on the with most response, this will keep you focused cause you know people want

its not about /hour charge, its about the work. The work is getting done, it may take 2 hours or 6 hours. People will pay you, if you are really good at some type of development. Have a portfolio to show. Sartups are heavily funded and want
