Agreed. This looks much more like a tactic against true repairability than a real commitment to it: It will be used as an argument why laws with teeth to guarantee real repairability are not needed. "Look here, we do repairs and such!

Tastytrade also restricted trade in the same manner. They send a mail to all customers and made it very clear that it was Apex Clearing who forced their hand. It is very unlikely that something different happened at Robinhood.
