DynamoDB, which is NoSql, also doesn't accept empty strings. But at least, Oracle automatically converts the empty string into NULL, comparing with DynamoDB which would actually fail the query.

100% coverage doesn't prove the code is fully tested, just like having unit/integration/acceptance/smoke and other types of tests doesn't prove that application works. But this doesn't mean we stop adding tests
