This reads like how it would make the police jobs easier to solve crime just to install an always on GPS on everybody. Ad fraud really isn't my problem. So why should I be mercilessly tracked by everyone just to make your job easier?

I will second this. I would much rather hire an engineer who has a related background and wants to learn over an engineer with the exact skillset but does not want to learn. It may take a few months, but the former engineer will pick up wha

That's my set-up with Android now. However, on a Pixel3a, I feel like I have to do a manual input several times a day, usually if I wash my hands, use lotion, things like that. It also doesnt work well if I am outside in the cold and n

My understanding of it comes down to this: Most people do not use secure passphrase to lock their phones, but use a PIN. Even an 8 digit PIN is only 10^8 guesses, which any modern desktop can crack. To solve this, Android/iOS make an e

Frankly, good luck with that. I attempted for a few months to do that for my Pixel 3a (which in theory is officially supported). When I followed the official guide to compile android, I found that a LOT of things did not work that I expecte

Since there are so many distros, it is honestly hard to keep up with (even if you are involved with the commuity). In (very) broad strokes (i.e. if you use a well supported distro), you can expect: - Calls and SMS seem stable, even when the
