Well, it solves a problem (for some), but unsolves another - adds Teflon that's been out of my household for over 10 years! And I'm sure it's not just me, because all stores are full of alternative coatings.

This is a gross oversimplification of quality cooking. For amateurs, this might be great... but it will keep them amateurs as they won't be able to develop the chef skills. My wife always cooks perfect salmon without any gadgets - ther

It's been years since health-concerned people abandoned Teflon. From the pictures, it looks like this is still using Teflon.

Beauty? I don't see any of that... unless these are sold at Claire's (yes, I do have daughters and I don't allow them in that junkyard).

I predicted this here a while ago. Apps like Moves are even worse bundling activity with location.

This is what I meant [1]. It seems that only a few Australian companies do this for external parties for about $1,500/genome. I'm tired of waiting for the price to get down and to be offered publicly - is it possible to do persona

Illumina already sells a $1,000-genome machine. By the way, what's happened with the ambitious SV-based Halcyon Molecular, which was supposed to deliver a $100-genome sequencer? P.S. Halcyon has shut down 2 years ago [1]. [1] https:&#

I think we should think outside of the (human) box. We needed emotion, I don't think machines do. Well, the machines we will build will have emotions as we cannot socialize with them otherwise, but a problem-solving AI does not need an

Netflix' value proposition is constantly dropping. Now, that the API is gone, I'm not sure how would I go around their stupid limitation of 500 titles and the inability to slice and dice my queue by genre and so on. Still don'

I'm talking about lost productivity and that maybe a billion are affected each year. Heart disease is both a genetic and a lifestyle issue, it's much harder to tackle than creating an anti-viral medicine.

Elon Musk is one of my idols, but his stance on AI is highly disappointing! It doesn't require much of a brain to conclude that without AI, which can vastly increase our intelligence, we're doomed. There's no bigger extinctio

I created an account a month or so ago, but never completed the signup. Why would a service snoop into my bank accounts instead of, let's say, withdraw $10/month via ACH?! I really don't get this "spare change" idea
