Also Batman has Rails style generators that create a familiar directory structure and a built in server. They're both really neat.

I think it's cool that you will be able to use the same language - CoffeeScript - and even the same objects on both client and server side. But the server side stuff is optional. At the moment you can persist to HTML5 localStorage or REST.

Knockout is also probably being included in ASP.NET MVC 4 - it's in the beta - which should help it gain traction especially amongst beleaguered Silverlight developers thanks to it's familiar MVVM / data binding structure.

Font rendering too is pretty aliased in Chrome on Windows - but fine in Chrome on OS X, Linux. It's strange that Google would introduce Google Web Fonts and then not make it a priority to bring rendering on Windows Chrome up to a reasonable

What do /did these 525 people do exactly, if they weren't developers or developer relations? Middle managers?

Is anybody using Mono on Linux for ASP.NET MVC3 apps in production? If so, is it stable, fast? I wonder how it compares speed and stability wise to the Java Play Framework. I am currently using Play (and it's great!) but I much prefer C# as

At most (smaller!) companies I have worked, middle management seem to have chosen to buy servers from the suppliers that provide the biggest kickbacks - with Dell, PDAs or Laptops usually made a nice little sweetener to maintain loyalty.

I wondered if there is anything different about the second (view source) request that could be detected and a different response provided - but I don't think so after a quick look with WireShark.

Have you used a Pre 2? Mine doesn't lag at all. It's a night and day difference compared to the original Pre/+, especially if you install the 'smooth scrolling' patch from Preware.
