Politicians are openly discussing civil war as an imminent possibility in the US. What the hell do you mean by solidarity? If both sides agree that civil war is imminent, is that solidarity?

Thanks for the LLM spam. I'll not bother to rebut your gish gallop point by point, but one phrase sticks out like a sore thumb: fostering global solidarity Bull. Shit.

Where is JK Rowling subject to censorship? Around the time her first movie was put out, I recall pastors railing against the "Satanism" in her books, but that's an exercise of speech. Since then, religious folk see her as m

Do you include Idaho, Montana, Illinois, the Dakotas, Alberta and Saskatchewan in "the deep south"?

Yes, but similar to frying it in oil, it won't moisturize the pasta. You'll end up with crispy pasta, only browner. Assuming you're careful about ignition sources, of course.

We can see the Milky Way in clear conditions; with light pollution we can only see the brightest stars. Perhaps an orphan star would have a darker sky, without a clear view of a galactic superstructure without using a telescope?

Yeah, no, you shouldn't do that. Kinda my point in writing that, right? But it's terrifyingly commonplace and needs to stop.

What, you mean the increasingly popular install pattern curl ... | sudo bash might have pitfalls? Gasp.

I'm pretty sure we warned you that capitalists were behind this. But no, you loved the shiny. I'd say to flee to Linux, but Mozilla's already on the AI train. Computers are going to shit faster than we can react. Is this

The only solution is to find the mason who built the wall that the photographer is blatantly taking credit for, and convince that artist to sue the photographer for failing to attribute credit.

To the contrary, I've been paying very close attention. I'm just not confident that the DoJ can pull this off before the end of the Biden administration.

In this case, because I don't expect Biden to win another term and I expect the prosecution of this case to take longer than a year. The last several administrations have opened their term by tearing down everything that the prior adm

The AI won't let you draw a penguin smashing the windows logo anymore, so this is partly funded by the anticompetition department. (the above is technically parody and not precisely serious)

It's not so black and white, though. A friend of mine is paid quite well to torture people, and this is broadly considered sex work. You wouldn't catch me espousing such nuance in a job interview, though.

If this goes to court (it almost certainly won't, OpenAI has enough money to 100x Johansson's net worth without blinking, unless she's principled enough to establish legal precedent) then we'd see on the order of years,
