    afaik 4090 doesn’t support 5.0 so you are limited to 4.0 speeds. Still an improvement.

    yea, multi AZ failover would be an issue but I assume they don’t care that much. you could spinup new EBS from the backup when the first region fails or keep a warm copy there, but seems like a lot of extra engi work.

    Perforce and Plastic (now Unity, ugh) are used widely. They are AFAIK the only VCS that can handle large binaries, huge repos (XX TBs) and out of the box diffing on non-text files. Plus a nice client for non-technical folks (artists) to use

    I don’t know if Andrew is still answering, but how does it work with calculations for reentry? It’s basically ballistic downward, how do you make sure you won’t hit anything on your way down over many layers?

    FYI, also make sure you’re using the Classic version not the augmented one. The classic has no (at least completely altering) prompt as the default one. EDIT: This of course applies only if you’re using the UI. Using the API is the same.

    * Block the zooming in on iPhone (quickly clicking backspace button is the biggest issue) * Different color scheme. The shades of red are hard to distinguish
