American's are too busy working to take time off for doctor visit's. This likely leads to easily preventable deaths. Many have jobs that even going to a doctors visit (or any other similar errand during working hours) could lead t

Grad school is for just a few years (usually) in your youth. Overwork can be decades of grind when you have a family and obligations where you can't just quit.

Nothing a little foil and insulating tape can’t fix. I imagine the end game is to try to hide the cell modem and antenna as well as possible. I would not put it past Roku.

Bribing them? The Yuzu devs are paying millions of dollars to Nintendo as part of the settlement. They completely folded/lost.

Who knows if the "deleted" data can still be sold off. Sure you can't view it on the website, but nobody knows what Reddit will hand to Google. Then again certain laws passed recently might make such a thing illegal...

What incentive is there for posters on Reddit to continue to produce new content that is sold off for a profit? Sure they agreed to it in the TOS, but I suspect people might leave the platform. Also how many of the posts are already generat

The irony is with the "shortage" it requires a lot of follow through to actually get your prescription filled. The worst possible scenario for somebody with un-medicated ADHD. This is not a crowd that is good at playing phone tag

Perhaps something nefarious is going on? I notice the generics are always out of stock, but the 5x more expensive brand name can always be filled. If they are closing factories, who is getting the remaining supply?

I just see this as a ploy to "de-value" certain jobs. If somebody with a degree applies they will happily hire them over somebody without one. As a bonus (for the company) they will say during salary negotiation something along th

Note you have to spend $7,000/yr to break even on the additional CC points considering the price of Prime. I have spent way, way under that the last few years. With the addition of ads to their streaming service, I am out. They don’t o

For the VC elite-types they don’t really live exclusively in the US. Most of them likely have NZ passports already. Look at how all the tech CEOs and rich guys left the US during Covid. The (former) US wealthy elite don’t have the same stro

How is supporting the military of your adversary not treason? Especially if a war does break out and those weapons are used against the US. Remember China is not the ally of the US. You don’t ship fentanyl and other synthetic drugs to a cou

This is literally what the product I am talking about is. It's a box fan that has a filter holder on the back of it. It uses a standard furnace filter size. Keeps you from having to tape the filter on, etc.
