Recently I've been dabbling in q and kdb+. Would there be any benefit to dabbling in J instead?

I don't suppose I should get my hopes up for macOS DAWS? That would involve resolution for both GUI and audio latency.

Thanks for your honesty. I'm not from academia but I have made similar conclusions in my own area. I'm trying to find what I can pass on to my children to save them some time, but it's awfully hard.

The key difference is there is no large industry of lobbyists working for reckless driving and murder. If there was, I daresay some rethinking would be in order, even in these cases.

Yes, I think the personal computer sucked in many people who previously would have idled their time elsewhere, having nothing better to do. It was often a life saver or at the very least a more productive use of time - for me it certainly w

i have experienced both depression and anxiety at different times in my life, and have just learned about psilocybin a few weeks ago. Though I've found my own peace (mostly) nearly two decades ago, I'm still determined to get to t

Well, we don't really know what happens after we die. And a little bit of symbolism is a nice touch that also helps those left behind.

I totally rely on my WinXP vm to run Office legacy stuff, an old scanner for which I only have XP drivers, and to keep alive accounts used by my daughter when she was little. Perhaps I should update it to SP4... Edit: It was a p2v vm of a d
