I don't think that libraries should purchase ebooks anyway. The checkout model translated to a digital file is awkward and un-natural- how does one checkout a single copy of an ebook? Why can't there be an infinite number of copie

Tesla at least has a tent in a benign climate, the Russians setup their manufacturing base in Siberia right out in the open and were able to match and then exceed German production. Meanwhile, German industrial production made good its loss
