I'm in the market for a new back pack so I took a look at the shop page you posted in the comments. You may want to include more pictures. A shot into the different compartments would be nice. And a note about your note: "Note: Ba

I know that there is very high tech development going on around the world by huge organizations, and it would blow my mind with how advanced it is. But watching this made me feel like the computer I'm typing this on is some space age a

I know there's not much more to say, but I think it's pretty funny that the title is also the contents of the 'article'. Is this someones tweet that was published as an article?

I'm working my way through the "Blueprints for Armageddon" series in hardcore history. The attempts to regulate AI remind me of the Russian efforts to regulate war before WW1. In the first part of BfA (I think) he talks about

This was one of the most entertaining things I've read lately. I tried playing on minecraft servers with economy plugins, but never really saw the point. I just liked mining for the sake of mining so an economy didn't do much for

You may be the first person I've ever 'met' that knows about Ground Control! I didn't play the first, but I remember putting GC2 on an under-powered laptop and playing for hours at 5fps! Pretty sure that game is the reas

I finally got around to reading Dune. I burned though it pretty quickly and loved it. For some reason I can't get into the other books in the series. For now they mock me from their spot on my bookshelf...

Everyone that I've talked to seems to be aware of the (seemingly) inevitable price drop, but that doesn't seem to be stopping them from buying in. Most people just assume they'll be able to sell what they have when the price

I bought that about two weeks ago. It really is a good read. I wasn't around for the game itself, so it's nice that the book introduces the target hardware.

Thanks for the explanation. Does the proof of storage allow that storage to continue to be used?/does the proof use the space on a disk? Or is it sort of like mining bitcoin where a gpu is wholly used for mining?

Solid point. Unless of course we can do it with 1% of the world's power, which is what I hope something like proof of space would allow.
