Your metric is worse. Playing Vegas, Branson, or the summer winery circuit makes you a working musician, but no longer a "star".

I can relate to this. I have 8TB of orchestral libraries and other virtual instruments (many, many, many thousands of dollars), but after a decade I still haven't been able to crank out 8 bars of convincing symphonic composition. On

It's been a couple of years since my last deep-dive on Amiga development inside MacOS. I never did find smooth dev workflow: compile inside the emulated environment, or cross-compile from macos? Edit inside the emulated environment,

Unclear. I have not-great memory, but I can hear music in my head very precisely even after decades. Like, the other day I anticipated the exact moment of a guitar stab and when the singer was about to crank it up a notch, in a random son

Hard to take this comment seriously since you won't even give a hint of what they did to you that was so bad. All you're telling us is you decided to stop working but still continue to collect a (presumably very very high) payche

If going for visual realism, then obviously a black man would not look the part, since all roman emperors were caucasian (except possibly Septimius Severus). A latino man could almost certainly fit, though.

Biden is showing signs of decline, but the name-swapping thing was never (and still isn't) that. It's mental klutzery, nothing more. As the other person pointed out, it is /very/ common when two names are mentally-adja
