I have a domain and an idea, I pay you $400 and you work on this project and launch it in a month. Revenue is advertising. I own the site/code, you get the revenue from ads up to $400, anything excess is mine to keep. How's that?

I was going to write about something about my own AlphaLab experience, but great advice Don! Btw smackBOTS is now a Top 100 app (free). Going to pen down some thoughts down on that too.

Payment should be easily taken care of, paypalx, etc... The only shortcoming is just the speed compared to native apps and of course the missing features that you can't really access through safari.

We're hiring a Ruby/Rails engineer to build up an innovative and large scale mobile service focusing on the iPhone now. We're an Alphalab summer 09 company. You will be employee #1. Preferably someone from the Pittsburgh area or East Coast.
