I've been thinking about this problem a lot, since I'm trying to figure out how to sustain our open source project. Our project is complex enough that it requires a few full-time people to maintain it. Our current funding comes fr

I haven't seen these mentioned yet: Galaxy Quest, The Fifth Element, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, Oblivion, Tron: Legacy, Mission to Mars, Pacific Rim, Bicentennial Man, Alita: Battle Angel (some of these may be PG-13)

Thanks! We are currently using a freakish mix of Django and SQLAlchemy, but we're aiming to simplify that soon-ish (by removing SQLAlchemy).

Thank you very much! We found that a lot of similar "relational database" tools ended up not actually using foreign keys for relationships because they are difficult to explain to non-technical users. We took that as a UX challeng

Mathesar is designed to be used for a bunch of different types of use cases. I agree you shouldn't allow users to change the schema if you're connecting Mathesar to a production database (that would mess a lot of things up!) We&#x

To add to what Pavish said: Our designer is excited about building an Airtable-like interface designer, but there's a lot of complexity involved, and it will cater to a whole different category of users. We want to get our current feat

To add to what silentninja said, we are already deploying Mathesar without Docker on some test servers, we just need to document our setup. Coming soon!

We completely understand. We want to have the ability for Mathesar to gracefully handle DB users with different permissions (i.e. we'd disable features in the UI based on the permissions of the DB user set up during installation), but

Never give up, never surrender! Originally, Mathesar was just an internal codename (we needed to name the repo something), but we decided to stick with it.

Our live demo is having trouble keeping up with traffic; we're spinning up a load balancer right now and the server will be down temporarily. I'll edit this post when it's fixed. EDIT: demo server is back up.

Thank you! I was pretty surprised that nothing like Mathesar existed already. Unlike SequelPro and TablePlus, we're a web application (although we do want to do a desktop version eventually). And Mathesar works even if you don't h

Yes! We have set up a Postgres template database[1] with our demo data sets. When a user logs in, we create a new database based on the template database and associate the database with the session key set up for that login. So every sessio

We are building a open source UI for Postgres DBs that should meet your use case: https://mathesar.org . We're doing our first release next week!

I'm using https://formspree.io/ with our new static website. I put the form URL as the action attribute in the HTML form tag, and it just works.

I had started looking into some of the Polish companies but luckily I found that one of the most popular Panache bras fit me well. Also I also have no depth perception and am terrible at sewing, I never made the connection between the two.

I thought I had it rough with a 28 band (since so many bras start at 30), I can imagine the difficulty of a 26.

I found /r/abrathatfits through a acquaintance's blog about a decade ago and this calculator made a huge difference in my life. I did not know that bras could actually be comfortable and supportive.

I'm glad it works for you! It does seem like it's targeted towards enterprise customers so it makes sense that it's a bit overkill for your needs.

I maintain a Synapse homeserver for our open source project and it seems to work fine, I don't know how different it is from Conduit. Other open source and self-hosted chat apps I've heard of but haven't used are Mattermost[1
