Maybe one day there will be a book citing the weird influence of crusteans on the tech world of this era... crabs, lobsters, ... I'm holding on for the next crayfish!

This is a great idea. I'd love more faces, various styles, a proper PIP that wouldn't be browser based, and options to set how engaged/chill the face model would be.

> There is a much simpler solution to the C++ language: just freeze it. That would go against everything the language has stood for over the years: we have a problem, here is a solution (... which creates twice the problems, but there&#x

May I suggest more screenshots, front and center? I had a difficult time to work out whether this software is for me. Show, more than tell.

It's nice to not see C being blamed for once! ... Just good old lack of reasoning (which is most C's codebase downfall, agreeably).

Who's the target market for this? Feels like some company who has zero trust in its developers, would roll out these. And that's your env. I'm a bit out of the loop so I'm not sure this might already be a thing on AWS.

You need to put this revolution in scale with other revolutions. How long did it take for horses to be super-seeded by cars? How long did powertool take to become the norm for tradesmen? This has gone unbelievably fast.

You're correct, and I believe this is only a matter of time. Over time it has been getting better and will keep doing so.

Architects went from drawing everything on paper, to using CAD products over a generation. That's a lot of years! They're still called architects. Our tooling just had a refresh in less than 3 years and it leaves heads spinning. P

It's amusing how everyone seems to be going through the same journey. I do run multiple models at once now. On different parts of the code base. I focus solely on the less boring tasks for myself and outsource all of the slam dunk and

It was a case of pay $1M and take no responsibility vs. set a budget of 40K and own it internally. When salesforce leaks your customer's information, whoopsie! not our fault! it's salesforce! And yet they're far more likely t

I've been in a similar situation, with a laravel product quoted for over a million and I quoted 40K and did it all. That did not go down well, even though it was a great product, styled etc. had all the bells and whistles.
