Not a shortcut exactly, but remap caps lock to ctrl. So much easier in terminal and for using shortcuts like ctrl-A & ctrl-E for beginning and end of line, etc.

In some cases, there is a trivial one-to-one mapping between a Javascript object and it's JSON serialization. This is not the case in Dart for a number of reasons. Many folks are happy with the solution we have – here's an example

asm.js, CoffeeScript, etc are all great examples of evolving development for the web by compiling to JS. Dart is new 100% committed to that model for targeting browsers.

This is unrelated. Angular2 has been TypeScript from the beginning to support both JS and Dart development. Angular2 is a better story for both Dart and JS developers. More info: http://work.j832.com/2015/03/angula

May I disagree? The dart2js compiler does everything you'd expect from a compiler, including inlining, removing unused code, reusing constant expressions. There is a reason that the several examples of Javascript from dart2js perform
