First, he didn’t even give the typical, whiney, ‘he’s accused but not convicted’ defense. No, Stallman went much further than that. I find it curious that she talks about this as if it is a bad thing. The most sensible thing is to wait un

I wholeheartedly agree with this comment. Interviewers are very stupid people that don't realize that they are practically selecting only for people who lie. Why do you think I'm switching jobs, because it is so great I can't

It isn't a spoiler at all. I begun to notice that this new generation is getting overly sensitive about "spoilers" to the point you can't discuss any element of some work of art without being accused of spoiling somethin

I have no pity for MongoDB, they chose to license their stuff open source. Which means they should have no problem with people profiting from their work, that's the spirit of FOSS. Of course, this is just one of the many so called &quo

You will notice the different though. Those people only care about the end product, you can work however you like to get there. There's freedom in there.

My experience with dang have been limited to him accusing me of making a personal swipe and me trying convince him that's not the case. I think sometimes overly sensitive moderation is not good.

That's not a personal swipe. There's a clear difference between attacking someone e.g. "you are a moron", and stating "it sounds to me like you are trying to get him to conform to slave morality". The first exa

It sounds to me like you are trying to get him to conform to slave morality. I could argue at length why pirating is not immoral, but I know it has been already repeated enough by people like Lawrence Lessig and David Bravo.
