Looks like a great improvement for those using GoDaddy's managed services, For everyone else I'd recommend plugins such as Fluid Checkout which provides a similar style, but while leaving everything WooCommerce in place allowing f

You didn't build Mastodon at Twitter-scale. You built a Mastodon-compatible clone in Spring/Reactor.

How is it the best? The biggest thing is, is this a sustainable price? And what if I want to move elsewhere? WordPress is still pretty popular because you can pack up and take your WordPress content and data anywhere (either built-in export

Depends what sort of thing you want to do. If you want something popular, focus on getting people to use the platform. If you want more of a controllable platform, you'll need to build a platform with video transcoding, playback, stats

PayPal, at least for me, forces FaceID and an SMS 2FA to access it at all which is crazy. Probably would be great if they moved away from SMS though :(

Hosting your own stuff is always the answer. And keep backups! Even something like getting some cheap hosting and spinning up a WordPress installation will work well (and is easily backed up, exported off-site etc).
