And this is, honestly, a pretty reasonable default. For the average person, the failure mode is "I lost my phone, and I can't remember my iCloud password", not "I really need the cops to not be able to get into my backup

That's a factor, but I think the H1-B lock-in is more important. Assuming no mistreatment at all is occurring, an employee who you can be fairly confident won't quit still has extra value to you. The H1-B requiring that the employ

I'm not really opposed to this so long as they don't wind up regulating away (or otherwise compromising) the end-to-end encryption for iMessage.

They're answering the question about why people would use iMessage. It's fine if you don't like their reason, but claiming that they don't understand their own answer is a bit weird. > Oh, and if Google would replace,

Depends on the specific thing, but generally it's because there might be consequences to doing things poorly that would spill onto your neighbors, or which might cost the local government money to fix after it hurts or kills you. It&#x

Yeah, I think the real target of this kind of marketing is indie/student filmmakers. People whose entire budget for a short film is a few thousand dollars they've pooled together.

Expanding slightly on this, the cheapest Red Camera costs $6k (and I think might not include a lens?), so that's a pretty big savings.

As someone who's into more light-hearted fare... The After Party is fun. It's a murder-mystery, with each episode retelling the same night of the murder in the style of a different film genre. Rashomon-y, but more about playing wi

For what it's worth, from my understanding, you've got a lot of room before that even hits what's considered a "normal" recreational dose -- which I think is around 3.5g of dried psilocybin. Broadly speaking, if you
