While I've never believed their statements... ..by their own account this is ~50 "intercepts" per day, on facebook alone... that's more than 2 per hour, every hour, for 6 months.

Right.. but there are always ways around scripting repetitive tasks.. even if we're talking about creating a virtual drive, building a virtual image, querying and populating metadata from your db, and still using their transport mechan

As I read the article, I couldn't figure out why Derek and cdbaby didn't just script a solution to submit the data appropriately from his already amassed archive (which he could then sell as another service on the side).

Any tagged Photos of You are public, by default.. You can approve them first, but you have to turn that option on. This sounds like a potential privacy issue..
