I can see so many military and intelligence applications for this! Excited isn't exactly the word I'd use, but... Certainly interesting! The civilian use will of course be marvellous though.

Oh these ones are sweet! Thank you! I've also been on the lookout for an AI assisted duplicate finder. Like, it'll compare pictures and then rate similarity between pictures on some scale, by appearance, colour or topic, perhaps w

Depends a bit on the use case. For personal photos, mobile photos and the like, I use Google Photo as well. But it just isn't suitable for professional storage or sorting IMHO, tho the face recognition is certainly neat. The best I

I think it's a nice idea, but don't like the media structure into family and so on. Looks like he's going to have a ton of problems with duplicates and then edited duplicates down the line, which can easily be mixed up, and t

Somehow made me think of The Union Demo (1989) for the Atari ST, specifically the Main Menu with the walk-around side scroller where you selected doors to see the various sub-demos.^1 Great work! [1]: Example video https://youtu.

I respect her endeavour. Except why go through all that trouble when you can just get a continuous light that doesn't annoy anyone? Seems to be that just about no-one are annoyed by continuous lights. And they can be cosy too. Moreover

Yeah, so switch it out with a continuous light instead of a flickering one. Why do you need the aesthetic of a candle light, that doesn't even flicker like a candle light anyway, and just turns out to this flickering annoyance that I&#

I really hate these fake LED candles with a passion. Either put an actual candle on the table, or just put a small cosy light that doesn't flicker.

How many of these devices cater to large screens? IMHO most of such devices cater to small screens, and then 4K is already overkill. Even 720p is overkill on many of the smaller devices.
