Many projects still predominantly use Hyperscript with the option to use JSX (including Mithril and Hyperapp, and others like RE:DOM, snabbdom to name a few). Even React has an option to use it if you want to skip the JSX compile-step. So I

In case someone is clicking this with hopes of learning JavaScript, I mostly agree with the author in that it's better to learn core JavaScript before you delve into any fancy libraries, or even the DOM API (although you probably shoul

The negativity in this comments section is astounding. Personally, I was originally introduced to it by someone in the Mithril.js gitter chat, and think it's a great project. I wish the Solid team the best and look forward to trying ou

Can you elaborate on that or provide a link to where you learned this? According to there site, they only maintain two official plugins for production builds (Webpack & Parcel). I'm coming from using Rollup, so I would prefer to us

Your critique applies to all of these modern "atomic CSS" frameworks, including Tailwind, Tachyons, and BassCSS. As another user pointed out, inline style attributes lack several of the features allowed by regular stylesheets.

This gets said a lot, and granted VSCode is certainly one of the best performing Electron apps, but it definitely is not indistinguishable from native apps. Sublime, Notepad++, or TextAdept all fly compared to VSCode in terms of performance

VSCode is certainly one of the better (if not best) Electron application out there, but it is definitely memory intensive.

I have a Moto G5 Plus from 2017. It does almost everything I need, and performs perfectly fine doing those things: making phone calls, checking my calendar, moving files, and sending text messages. While performance in these areas have main

I agree that VSCode is not "slow," at least not when you get used to it and definitely not in comparison to other Electron apps. I used Sublime Text 3 for a long time before Atom became popular. Immediately, I noticed that Atom wa

Yes, I agree. I use basscss for a ton of small projects, and my personal sites. It's so small, it's trivial to include even when I'm using larger frameworks like Bootstrap.
