Not your problem. That employer clearly doesn't care about you, why should you care about them? Move on to your new position.

Um, yes? 2.5 hours is terrible. Besides a daily commute, many flights are more than 1 hour. Also, it'd be nice to not have my device die immediately if I forgot to charge it three times a day.

It's a shame that a lot of those nicely new and rehabbed homes will be likely be destroyed by their new tenants.

I'm continually surprised how the smallest people seem to stomp the loudest up and down the hallway.

No. Fuck that. I don't normally curse on here, but I think it's warranted. I own a great pair of over ear, noise cancelling headphones. But I shouldn't have to risk damaging my hearing because management thinks having develop

It depends on the context, but of course developers are considered superior to the tester. That's like saying doctors are considered superior to nurses. If you just look in terms of knowledge required, the amount you need to know to be

I didn't realize they had added that to their policy. While that's awesome, I still see a ton of them on there. From some quick googling - https://www.amazon.com/Sentey-LS-4232-Headphones-Microphone-...

I feel like I'm looking at a Sharper Image catalog. Lots of neat, expensive, completely useless things (for the everyday person) that I'm surprised anybody buys.

I can't stand the "incentivized" reviews, and found this chrome plugin to be really helpful, it basically goes through and tries to remove the fake reviews for you and give you a new, more correct score without them - https:

I think the main issue here is not to burn a huge chunk of money when starting a new life together, especially when the amount spent is usually a lot more than they can really afford.

A diamond ring loses a large amount of its value when you purchase it, because engagement rings don't really ever sell for what they bought them for. If he uses that MBP for work, it is a return on the investment as it allows him to ea

What about property taxes? I know people who have paid their house off in full and still pay 12-15 thousand in property taxes each year. Additionally, even if the house is paid off, you're still on the hook for all repairs, maintenance
