As much as a love Python, JS really isn't that bad. Seems to me like you could become competent with JS (at least for simple frontend tasks) in the time it would take to familiarize yourself with Rapydscript.

If you have a programming background, the official docs are the best way to pick up Python. This is for beginners, and it helped me a lot when I was starting out. It's not perfect, but it's a great way to get started.

Cool idea. I especially agree with this problem: "It's hard for multiple developers to share one staging server". My company has two staging servers, but with a team of 6 devs, someone often has to wait. Does anybody know of

Football is by far my favorite sport. Unfortunately, it's just not worth the long-term injuries it causes to a large percentage of those who play it beyond high school (and some before even that level).

Flipboard addresses the accessibility issue in their article. While moving to canvas limits it for now, at least they are making an effort to incorporate it, which is more than can be said for most sites.

The "Black Monday" crash of 1987 was actually the turning point for the efficient market hypothesis. It basically launched the entire field of behavioral finance, as the market plummeted for essentially no reason.
