Is it though? The vast majority of PCs even on the enthusiast level aren't going to have coolers that can handle 300w for any sustained period.

How bad is it really? I get that there are rural and outlier areas but the average bandwidth is higher in the US than Poland. Maybe I just find it hard to relate, but I and most of the heavily populated areas of the North East have had symm

But how do you translate that into hitting something going Mach 1 at 40k feet? A UAV capable of attacking a jet can exist. My point is that it would need to be a fully capable aircraft not something that can be produced cheaply and deployed

Drone swarms that can counter fighter jets is a concept that makes no sense. At best you can make something like a guided missile that can loiter. But I can't really see much benefit to that. It would still require the same the avionic

It blows my mind that Oracle gets paid huge sums of money for the garbage they put out. I went to a CUNY school and they rolled out a "new" administration system called CUNYfirst. Literally a several $100 million dollar contract a

It's clear and literally self-described as a "development branch". To have anyone try to spin that as more stable and suitable for production is disingenuous.

I disagree I think RHEL and CentOS go/went hand in hand. With RHEL being used and licensed depending on the project or the environment. Binary compatibility and the uniformity of managing both being the big selling point. Now the close

Yea. I think this is an extremely short-sighted move. Many RHEL customers utilize CentOS. I know CentOS is a community but it is led by Red Hat developers. Suddenly pulling 8 years of support from their community project is not going to be
