   You can, but it obviously is not clear. If you hover over any ingredient on the results page a tool tip will allow you to "exclude ingredient"

   Having a list of popular dishes is a good idea. I think the real problem how clear the app is in describing itself. I will work to fix this.

    JW player works well for playing videos, but if you plan on using the plugins be aware that many of them conflict. http://corp.kaltura.com/ is another option.
